DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE

To be honest this is the most terrible freight service out there !!! parcel is delayed twice, their tracking is all over the place, inconsistent and unreliable - their office staff - UNPROFESSIONAL ITS, ACTUALLY DISGUSTING !!! you call them their office staff are utterly disrespectful, no one there even knows what their tracking numbers are??? honestly please give your staff training in customer service, and teach them how to put clients on hold instead of chatting in the background, so unprofessional! it sounds like a circus in the background ??? Who are the managers of this company, they are failing immensely at their jobs. I don't suggest to use them at all, you are wasting time and money !!
