DO NOT USE FEDEX! POOR SERVICE DELIVERY!

I guess one has to resort to writing reviews on hellopeter to be assisted by FedEx!!!

My shipment arrived in April from the US and still to this day I have not received my package!! I was told via email that my package is "nonessential" and would only be delivered after lockdown!!!! When is that gonna be in November/2021?!!! Who knows when lockdown is gonna end?! Initially I had received an email stating that I would have to pay an excess fee for clearance within 48 hours of receiving the email otherwise my parcel would be shipped back to the supplier to be destroyed. This is in addition to the already paid shipment fees, which were high!!! These are bullying tactics used by the company!! I thought after paying this things would move on much quicker but still I haven't received my package. It's stuck in some facility in Cape Town!! There are other courier companies functioning well still! What's wrong with FedEx??! If I had known FedEx would give me such troubles I honestly would've used another courier company. I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN AND I'LL ALWAYS MAKE IT MY BUSINESS TO ADVICE OTHERS NOT TO!!! This is ridiculous!! If I could pay another courier company extra just to get my package from FedEx and deliver it, I would!!
