DO NOT USE FEDEX

My parcel is stuck at Customs , I have had the most horrible service from this supplier, Never will i use them again. The parcel arrived the 16th August at Customs it was there for a week until i called to enquire no one from fedex bothered to call me and the lady who picked up the phone had the nerve to claim that they have been trying to reach me with no avail, thats a big LIE Judy stop it with your lies, then there was Cherzal I dont know where to begin, shes bad new. Till to date I am still waiting for her to finalize clearance to make matters worse she took forever to reply emails her colleagues had to come in and assist getting a reply from her, I mean getting a reply from Cherzel is like drawing blood from a stone. Pathetic service
