DO NOT USE FEDEX
Fedex Polokwane and Fedex as a whole are the most *********** courier company in South Africa. Every time a supplier make use of Fedex, customers north of Polokwane has a tremendous struggle to have their parcels delivered timeously and professionally!
The Fedex Polokwane facility employees ***********, arrogant, unprofessional, and rude people and I as I customer am done dealing with this. What is beyond my comprehension is the fact that the same rate applies to both rural and urban areas, but the level of competence and service delivery are vastly different!
People in rural areas are treated with the utmost disrespect. The employees at the Polokwane Branch would have been fired a long time ago would they have treated customers in urban areas the way they treat customers in the rural area surrounding Polokwane.
The Polokwane Branch Manger insists on communication in Afrikaans while his drivers are communication in Tshi_Vhenda…
Please take note that I have send an email to Fedex in this regard but was offered no solution, leaving me no other option but to complain publicly! Also: If you choose to reply, (I do not particularly care if you do!) please do not tell me how sorry you are, at least have the decency to give me a solution. You owe me that much!
