I recently had an express shipment from China made. Unfortunately they used TNT as it is not my first or last choice. 1) I paid USD300 for shipment alone to my door within 3 days (plus max 48hrs for customs) 2) While package was at SARS I was contacted twice by different people for email address and clearance instructions. 3) 2 days to get package from customs to TNT warehouse 4) 2 Days waiting for VAT invoice until I eventually phoned again, spoke to a third person, furbished email adress again for invoice 5) received invoice with R380 admin fee slapped on top

Why am I paying this? 1) you are late in delivery 2) I have already paid USD300 to TNT 3) I have to chase you to get it done. I will gladly pay R380 if I can invoice you for my time running after you
