I have a complaint against Fedex my reference with them is ********** 22199 I have a shippment that arrived on the 21/01/2018 and was stopped by customs on monday22/01/2018 and I called Fedex and they took my email adress and my cellphone number and I was told that someone will call me for documents required by customs and nobody did I called again on Tuesday and I was told no this case it take 24-48 hours to be resolved .but someone will contact me but nobody did n then on wendsday I emailed. The following people that helped me over the years because this is not the first time custom stop my goods ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** And then in that same day Shannen advised Wilma to assist that was 12:40 PM and the Wilma at after I have sent documents at 2:49 and she then 3:02 PM advise the lady who is dealing my case ' Chrissan this is stop by you I qoute' and then I forwarded her the documents as well she never responded I called on the 25/01/2018 still she did not respond whether she sent the documents I spoke to someone and I told them that is a client has a case it is their responsibility to give feedback but Chrissan never does that she is so *********** and unprofessional and then on Friday I dropped he email asking for update mind you its fifth day and the she told she sent the documents on Friday only hence she recieved on wendsday and she told me 3-5 day if she has sent it on wendsday it would be a different case but I don't understand why she delayed and she doesn't care about her client and in Monday I dropped her email again and she said she monitoring I am very angry how my case is being treated and I even spoke to her superior ********** and he advise her to assist not even him she responded .. I will never recommend anyone to use fedex the service is poor .
