Dissappointment in the service

I had logged a return for an item purchased on the Bash app. I also had a return for Puma and because i work, the items were left with security at my complex. Unfortunately both items were handed to Fedex courier to be returned. I had contacted TFG to try and track the Puma parcel and they confirmed that the package was rejected and will be returned to me. I was due to receive on Friday but nothing came. Its now Tuesday, i have requested for a supervisor to call me back or at least a contact person at Fedex, i cannot find a number to get hold of this company or a human. All numbers are answered by a robot. I'm in a difficult position as this parcel needs to be returned to Puma
