Displeasing service
I am really utterly displeased with the customer care i've received from the contact centre today. i just called in for the 5th time to inquire about a delivery that should've taken place at 10h30 this morning and when advising the agent that i would like for the driver to call for me she hung up she is really unprofessional and i hope this matter gets taken further.
