Dishonesty!!

This company needs to be sued. Tnt has delay tactics , they tell you about customs penalties , you pay the penalty and still your parcel does not arrive within the time frame you paid for. You pay for 5 days express and your parcel arrives after a month. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DYING COMPANY!!!.
