Disgusting service of Fedex Express

We are expecting a parcel that has been sent to us from Australia and have received nothing but disgusting service from Fedex Express. We've been dealing with a woman by the name of Refiloe Maduma (apparently she's a Clearance Administrator Associate) and her service is poorer than poor.

So far we have found out that the parcel has eventually arrived in Cape Town but have no clue where it is. All our phone calls as well as emails have not been answered. If or when the phone is answered they pretend not to hear us and the phone just gets put down. This is starting to make us suspicious as to what has really happened to the said parcel.

The only reason why we made use of Fedex Express was because they came quite highly recommended to us, what a disappointment. We will NEVER EVER make use of them again, even if our lives depended on it.
