Disgusting Service Levels
Company tried to deliver parcel yesterday with no prior phone call to ensure somebody would be at home. Driver called when he got no answer at the house. Driver promised to deliver parcel today between 10:00 and 11:00. I specifically made arrangements to ensure somebody was around at that time. At 11:35 no sign of a delivery. FEDEX IS A DISGUSTING SETUP WHICH *****S UP TIME AND TIME AGAIN. Another recent incident saw Fedex responsible for me being stuck in Francistown, Botswana for 3 days !!!
