disgusting service, horrible drivers

I do not recommend these people. I have unfortunately had the burden of using them a few times in the past couple years, each experience progressively worse than the last. I very literally cannot name one experience with them that has been smooth and pleasant. We pay ridiculous fees for their services yet they have always treated me like *******. I Booked a pickup for 14:30. Driver came at 12:30 and gave me attitude when the parcel wasn’t ready - of course it wouldn’t be ready if it was ready at 12:30 I would have booked a collection for 12:30. He didn’t come back. Now I have to rebook; and my entire schedule is messed up now. Fedex, why do you ask me to choose a booking time if it means nothing? Genuine question.
