Disgusting Service

<p>I will never use FedEx again. Absolutely shocking treatment and service. I ordered a parcel and was told that it would be delivered in 2-3 days. It's been 7 days now with them promising every morning that the parcel will be delivered before 17:00 yet it never get's done so it wastes my time because I have to stay at home and wait for the parcel. The customer relations call centre is just as bad because everytime I phone to find out where my parcel is they assure me that the parcel is with the driver and on it's way, but still it never get's delivered. </p>
