Disgusting Disgusting Disgusting
This is my 3rd complaint this week and my 6th HELLOPETER complaint overall about FedEx in 1 month about the same claim that has not been resolved. Our legal team has intervened and is trying to get in touch with you guys to get our claim resolved and as usual absolutely no one at Fedex is ever available to take client calls. Claim number is ***6. It seems like this matter will need to be escalated even further up. Failing which we will be coming directly to your offices, I am sick of this ****!. Brenda Manamela and Neo Ramothata you guys provide absoultelty disgusting service. You have been there since this issue was logged on September 18th and have allowed this issue to fester to this point and have provided zero valuable assistance.
