Disgraceful conduct by Fedex

A Fedex driver refused to deliver my package to me even after getting to my door. The driver insisted on being paid by cash or card despite the fact that the relevant payment had already been made to Fedex earlier by EFT. When I escalated the matter to Managers at Fedex by email, they would not even as much as acknowledge or respond to my email. The moral of the story really is that the display of arrogance and poor customer service signal the scant premium that Fedex places on its customers. This is an utter disgrace!
