Disappointing Service for a supposedly good courier company
My "Priority" parcel was picked up from home on Wed. 10/2/21 early morning. I have been trying to track this item relentlessly, but only get 3x times in Johannesburg and since then there is absolutely no movement only Pending. The item is going to Los Angeles. Surely by now it should have reached USA, but no info available. I find that this tracking number means absolutely nothing, as I am unable to actually track anything.

Please note that due to limited flights and or space availability in and out of South Africa currently we can expect up to additional 4 days transit time.
