Disappointing service
Been waiting for more than 4 days for my package to be collected as it's a return go loot now I'm being told the driver cancel my return because he says there's no package yet I'm stll waiting unacceptable reference ***

11 Oct 2021, 11:25This is unacceptable that is expensive items I have no idea what to do now I don't know if I should go open a case at the police station or what should I do you guys confused everything up this is a return to loot in Capetown uner my name Abdul yet put it on waybill to Johannesburg under name Daniel with a complete different way bill number then the one I got form loot the package under Daniel was collected last week already I just don't want this package going to the worg place
