Disappointed tracking number ***

<p> I am so dissapointed about da delay on my parcel. Arrived in Jhb on da 10 th . But it is still held. I have paid da penalty. I needed da parcel for the wedding , it's seems as if chances are I won't get it . Same thing happened in March where I had to wait for the whole month to receive da parcel. I just can not forgive myself for using tnt again. I send emails everyday and get response to be patient they are pushing customs. I wonder why customs has to have turnaround time of 72 hrs for all da case they see. U wait more than 72 hrs to get invoice another 72 hrs which will more for release. I would appreciate to get a straight forward answer of whether I will get parcel or not as I am in need and time is not on my side. As I have stated on e-mails as well . It is clear that ur custom that a more than three weeks every time to look at a case. I wonder why other companies like FedEx takes less time.</p>
