Deviating from arrangements

On June 17 at 10:05 I received an sms from Mr Delivery Express, stating that my parcel would be delivered on said date via Fedex. The sms contained a telephone number which I dialed to confirm contact before delivery. I was told that the courier would deliver my parcel between 13:00 and 16:00. Which of course didn't happen. After my initial phone call, I made another 4 yesterday, and 3 today. Fedex handed over my parcel at approximately 15:00 today. When I asked about the confirmed delivery arrangement on the 17th, the gentleman denied doing deliveries in Gonubie on said date. It also serves to point out that [URL Removed] INSISTS on using a courier service as opposed to the SA postal service, their reason being postal strikes. They'd much rather inconvenience me by using an unreliable courier service that was outsourced by a contract company, than provide me with a tracking number during - I might add - a non-striking period of the Post Office.

I trust this is in order.
