Detained package

I’m very disappointed with the services from TNT they have my parcel detained but yet haven’t sent me an invoice on how much I’m suppose to pay in duties and taxes, and I need the package ASAP, I tried calling, emails but no on seems to know how much, and now the package is being delay by a full week because of them I have customer complaining and giving me bad reviews because of your stupid company, my order number is *** and reference GL*** because I know that’s the next thing you going to ask for them still not assist me
