Destroyed parcels
Ref Q***. You people delivered a painting for me yesterday in Lorraine and managed to put a giant hole right through the middle???!!!! I am beyond furious and utterly disgusted with your service. How can your staff be so careless? The painting was wrapped in a foam boarded box and it's as if someone stabbed through it with a butchers knife?
