Despicable

<p>I recently brought personal goods into the country by air freight. TNT dealt with the goods on arrival and delivered them to me. At no point did they inform me that the goods had arrived or let me know they were being delivered. The driver phoned me to say he was outside, I had to get a neighbour to let him in. When I arrived home I could see that some of the boxes had been opened, and one was almost empty. I lost a lot of personal goods, some of which had sentimental value and cannot be replaced. When I spoke to a member of staff at TNT about it, his response was, "yes, there are some greedy people in Africa". I find this statement absolutely appalling and very unprofessional. I would strongly advise people not to use TNT as there is obviously no security, staff cannot be trusted and management do not care.</p>
