Desperately waiting.
Sent a package to my son in South Africa. I received an email a few days later stating my package was being held until additional information was supp**** to them. I emailed the information they needed, but I have not heard back from them and the package is still being held. I also contacted customer service several times. All they will tell me is that they are waiting to hear back from South Africa. I desperately need this package released to get delivered to my son.

27 Jun 2018, 11:52Still not resolved. I have now supp**** all information needed to FedEx. I have also paid vat and tax duty of $241.17 US. Now they are holding my package to confirm vat and duty payment. I have provided a copy of the wire transfer and the federal reference number to them as proof of payment. They state their bank "cannot see anything on this proof of payment, it is not clear enough." My son is leaving Mossel Bay Friday and needs this package in order to communicate with me, his father. The package is in George, 30 minutes from Mossel Bay, but I can't get it to him. I desperately need help to get him this package. I've done everything I can.
