I am waiting for a package from USA since January 11. It was shipped using FedEx. It seems I am being sent in a bit of a circle. According to FedEx it was sent to my local post office but on FedEx website it reflects in transit Kempton Park since January 23 if you put in the tracking number. The last response I got from FedEx was that I should collect it from my local post office. The post office denies having anything to do with FedEx and cannot track or trace any such parcel no matter how much they tried. FedEx then gives me am 888 phone number which I cannot call. To be honest I am getting quite fed up. FedEx had offered excuses such as it should have been delivered with my local post or they don't dont have a record of it because it was probably never sent or I should collect it from the post office but their website still reflects its in their possession. I never expected such lousy service from FedEx.

If it came from the USA via FedEx it should arrive at our door via FedEx. We paid separately for a courier and now I am told it will be at the post office. Please contact me on **********

21 Jun 2018, 06:21Still waiting. Spoke to a Brenda from FedEx customer care around the 29th of March. She said the post office had a backlog. But she would continue to try to help me. Never heard from anyone again. 3 months has passed. Now none of the tracking numbers even work.
