Deserving of a Minus Rating. nothing more than 0. terrible service!
FEDEX has my parcel on their website as either "held beyond our control", the following day its "unable to get payment" and keeps rotating these statuses, meanwhile No body has ever told me that the parcel has arrived, cleared and there is a payment due before delivery. no body responds to emails, or the ZA_ROD email just sends back a failed delivery report. i wouldn't even dream of using them for anything again. service is quite pathetic really. im beginning to wonder if it will ever be delivered.
