Deplorable Service By FedEx Windhoek Namibia- I ordered goods from the Emirates Official Store in the 2nd week of May 2025 and Emirates unfortunately decided to ship my goods with FedEx. The goods arrived in Windhoek on 19/05/25 and as of today 13/06/25 I have still not received my goods. The FedEx staff here have been giving me the run around for almost a month. Phone call enquiries are not answered and so I resorted to driving out here and still nothing. I am sitting in their office in Prosperita on my 2nd visit here trying to get the staff here to release my little personal items of 1.3kg. I have to wonder if the items have been misappropriated by FedEx. I wonder how this so called courier service is staying in business. I met another customer here with the same complaint today and another one the previous time again. This is just so shameful on the part of FedEx.
