Delivery takes forever

I always hear people complaining about FedEx,but I never thought it will happen to me.I got an SMS Monday morning that my parcel is scheduled to be delivered on that day,but did I get the parcel?heck no,called by a courier guy to say the parcel is in Tembisa while I'm at Witbank. Called FedEx for clarity was told they will follow up and call me back,did they call?heck no.Tuesday morning I called again ,was told they'll call after they followed up they never called.I called again around lunch,some rude lady said my parcel will be delivered before 5,did they deliver? No,I decided to call the Tembisa driver then he gave me the supervisor numbers (Klaas),he was a bit rude but he sent an SMS that my parcel was sent to amiddelburg last night.they promised to deliver today but I'm still waiting and tomorrow I'm in study leave,guess I won't receive it soon.might as well cancel my Takealot order.This is just not on,do I really have to call FedEx each day because of their incompetency? Disappointed for days,I wouldn't recommend FedEx even to my company.
