Delivery of good

I am expecting a delivery to be done Fedex, i called them to check when can my goods be delivery yesterday they said they will advise once the payment has cleared on their side. They have never called me, only after i called to check the delivery time. They scheduled delivery for for monday without liaising with me. I have advised the i need the goods for the weekend no one seem to care. They also advised me that if i choose to collect on my own i will not be refunded

After this complain I got the below email from Anthea that delivery will be made today. Its 21:20 fedex has not delivered my things. I spoke to Kummie the after hours consultant she is telling me of tomorrow. This is nonsense I have a wedding to attend in north west now I am still waiting for my delivery.
