Delivery exception query

I had parcel that was was stuck at the Joburg branch and I couldn't log in to pay custom fee, so I decided to call the toll free number ( I was very reluctant because I had seen Facebook review )anyways I was helped by Sabelo Mtshali who patiently explained the process and what had happened. then he emailed me the link then advised me to send POP when I'm done so that he can be able to track my parcel and update it ,he also assured me that I would be getting my parcel. The way my issue was resolved I wouldn't mind being helped by him on all of my shipping,BEST SERVICE!
