Good day, I have a query regarding my parcels. I know its at your warehouse waiting delivery. I called to request info on delivery and was informed that it will only be delivered after lockdown. Now my question is, how can one parcel be delivered on Monday the 4th of May but now none of my other packaged will be delivered. Fast food take away’s are allowed to do deliveries but why not courier services? It is so strange that Edgars and Takealot are doing deliveries.....I think you need to check your regulations again. Please explain? I have tried numerous times to phone again to speak to someone else but now the phones are not working.
