Deliver us from bad service
<p>It's so great when you place an order and days later you receive a message at 12:30 from FedEx express notifying you that your parcel will be delivered before 17:00. First of all could the delivery window be any larger because I love waiting for over 4 hours not being able to leave my house waiting for my parcel. I'm writing this story at 19:56 and I have yet to receive my parcel. So not only did I spend my whole afternoon not being able to leave my house but it was all for nothing and further I have received no information from FedEx telling me my order is not coming today or my delivery been rescheduled . I guess I'm going to have to spend another day, tomorrow, not being able to leave my house waiting for the delivery man. </p>
