Delayed express shipping
Hi My parcel is to come from China to South Africa,however it has been one week already and now my tracking shows Delayed in Guangzhou CN. On top of it all,they can't give me an estimated date when my package will be delivered..
I paid for express shipping,and this is totally unacceptable service,I rather use DHL in the future as they are more efficient..
