Delayed courier

I am so dissapointed at their service i have a parcel that arrived at their facility from Overseas on friday last week 19 June they are suppose to courier it to Polokwane Limpopo everytime i track ot says in transit to Polokwane when i called yesterday they made a fool out of me and told me it will be delivered today 25 June still nothing when i sent more emails to enquire they tell me they dont know why its not delivered yet i MIGHT get it tomorrow friday i think they are taking me for granted its almost 7 days with my package they dont give a damn to courier it to me locally strangely from overseas it came in less than seven days but its taking them a decade to deliver locally
