delay on delivering my parcel

<p>I am so dissapointed with the TNT service. I have been waiting for a week for my parcel . On the day it was supposed to be delivered I had to call them twice to get a clear story to what was holding up my package. They called me to tell me that it is stuck at customs. I have been tracking my package everyday and at it showed that my seller shipped my parcel right in time and my package has been sitting at TNT for 7 days. And now I have been told to wait for another 2 days.</p> <p>This was my first time using TNT and this has been the bad experience. i AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL.!!!!!! This par el was very urgent </p>
