Delay Delivery

<p>I will appreciate the exposure of extreme disappointment of my current experience with the services of '' TNT EXPRESS '' as well as ‘’ITAC’’. My case involves me not receiving a cellphone sent by my sister who lives in Canada Toronto. I have been dealt with in an incorrect manner by a consultant of ''TNT'' who has not informed me about the requirements when wanting to receive posted item from abroad.</p> <p>I was asked an ITAC permit and an amount for postage by TNT which I paid. In order for ITAC to provide the permit they require a copy of my work permit which is currently being processed by home affairs. I then managed to send a receipt of work permit as proof that I am eligible to work in Cape Town, South Africa but the consultant from ITAC still persists in asking for copy of work permit after receipt of work permit has been issued. I am extremely annoyed and devastated at this type of logic and require some assistance to remedy this. Please help!</p> <p> </p>
