Delay and no tracking availability

Cannot track anything from my side, *** on this package, was ordered to come to Cape Town but landed in Johannesburg, very unorganized staff at jhb customs branch because calling them doesn’t work emailing sometimes getting responses, me not being able to track ensures that I do not know when to be at home for a delivery or not I don’t know where this Package is, and the delay is immense I’m now out of pocket because the parcel needs to be sold to somebody and FedEx is delaying a simple delivery, delivery is your only job but you are failing to do so, FedEx used to be a good shipment option but now are failing dismally just as dhl and etc no shipping options in South Africa because South Africa cannot do simple ****
