De*****ing clients with poor service
I am extremely disgusted with the service I have received from Fedex. I paid for overnight delivery yeseterday and they still have not collected the parcel. This is not the first time I had problems with Fedex. I think they blatantly steel peoples money by making them pay up front and then dont deliver the service that was paid for.
