Dangerous delivery vehicle

I wanted to express my concern about the working conditions of one of your couriers. I have had many deliveries from Fedex and all has been fine, but of late I find that the vehicle your courier uses when he makes deliveries to me is in a shocking condition. When the last delivery was made it had no handbrake and the exhaust was damaged so that the vehicle sounded more like a tractor than a bakkie. I am also concerned that deliveries are sometimes made up until 6.30 pm. Of course, I appreciate that the courier is willing to work until so late, and it may be his personal choice, but that's a really long day, and he seems exhausted when he gets to me that late. Just thought I'd let you know, in case this has anything to do with company policy. But I was mainly concerned about the vehicle which was clearly not roadworthy.
