Customs delay by Fedex
Has anyone ever been asked to produce their bank statement apparently for customs? I have never come across this with other providers. My parcel arrived in the country over 2 weeks ago and its only worth R350.

07 Mar 2022, 14:40They asked for statement, which I provided them with and after that requested for chats between me and the shipper which I provided. so honestly I do not understand what they want anymore. I have asked if I could be ccd to all their correspondence with customs but to no avail
