Customer service is the pits!! Rather use DHL.

Absolutely appalling service, booked a collection early morning was notified that the booking personnel booked the collection at the wrong province. Followed up in the day and was informed that collection would be done in good time. She obviously did not know what she was talking about either. Disgusting level of service. Proper training needed.
