Customer Disservice!!
I have tried since before 10 am this morning to speak to a consultant or customer services representative this about 09:30 am this morning to get my parcel cleared for release through customs. I have in excess of 20 times but only managed to speak to someone once. Tracking number ***. THis is the absolute worst service I have ever, ever experienced and I do a lot of parcels on a regular basis!!!

28 Sept 2021, 15:09It is another blatant lie that you have responded to me privately. I have received no repsonse from TNT and I have tried again today to no avail tog et hold of you. In the meantime I have an extremely urgent parcel sitting in customs because of your incompetence and "Don't care service". Here is a list of phone numbers that go unanswered when I call:
