I was expecting delivery on the of Feb today is the 8th and noone was getting back to me. After holding at your call centre for almost 30 minutes the phone was answered and i was asked if ive received an invoice after that i was put through to some guy named Junior and i got a shock of my life.

I bought 5 items of clothing to a UK company which costs me R 5600 and now TNT tells me i have to pay R4242 in charges
