crime within fedex and they ignore police report

A ******* who stole over $7500 worth of goods in usa logged a dispute with paypal. Paypal ruled he would get a refund if my things were returned. I know for a fact he has an ex girlfriend who works at fedex in the usa branch where the returned parcel was sent from. The package I had sent the person was 7kg. On fedex's tracking it stated 0.5kg. I dont know about ypu but that's way ofg 7kg. Then it arrives in sa I get an email from Rudy Subaya of fedex who quotes me R2040 vat. I tell her there is no vat on a return. My family is in cargo. I know my stuff around vat. I even called a contact higher up in sars who says its very interesting that they are charging vat on what clearly states a return. Also this was part of a ******** investigation as I laid a charge against the *****. I told Rudy about this and instead of helping she threatens to destroy the parcel if the money isn't paid. Then paypal sends me a msg to say refund granted to person because I refused to pay for parcel. We spoke to someone at fedex who said they would find out what happened. Next day I get a call from rudy they will be delivering no charge not my stuff. A manager calls trying to cover rudys ass. I lost $7500
