**** / No Service
According to your website [URL Removed] you have 0800 number which states 24 hours. When I called in for the first time 18:46 they pick up the phone and put it down. After 6 pm its no longer working (not in office hours), why advertise 24 hours when you cannot live up to your claim. Bad service.
