Couldn't be more disappointed!!!
Worst courier company ever! I will rather swim to China next time than to use you or allow any of my suppliers to use you. My parcel arrived more than a week ago, and got stuck in customs because Fedex apparently doesn't know how to declare the value of a parcel. I have sent the necessary documents 3 times, to 3 different people and no-one is doing anything. I have sent emails to at least 13 people at Fedex asking for help, you don't even reply. This seems to be a common thing with Fedex, ignoring customers!
