Consignment No *** - 17 days and no parcel

I am awaiting a parcel that is being shipped from Munich to Nelspruit. It took from 17/11 to 19/11 to get to Jhb - excellent. It then arrived at Elandsfontein and this is where the problems started. Between the 20/11 and 30/11 this parcel appeared to go round in circles with the status changing from \SHIPMENT ARRIVED AT TNT LOCATION"to \""HELD AWAITING PAYMENT OF DUTIES/TAXES OR CHARGES BY RECEIVER\"". On phoning the call center I was advised that I would be emailed an invoice for the payment of the duties so that the parcel can be released. After no email was received"
