While was highly frustrated till couple of weeks back leading me to vent my anger on Fed ex + TNT courtesy the multiple back and forth on clearing my package with an overall delay of + 3 weeks

Would now like to put to record, the exceptional turnaround displayed by Mark Pretorius and his entire team in getting to the bottom of the issue, dealing with the unknowns, actioning in the best interest of the customer while also keeping me fully aware. Pain of 3 weeks eradicated within 1 week pursuant to their engagement, solutioning and driving results
