Completely useless

TNT SA allowed some random person to collect the boxes I have been waiting to be delivered. No phone call, no email, no authorisation - they literally just let some guy walk into their offices and take my shipment.

They have no idea who he is, I have no idea who he is - so now I've paid for goods that I don't have and who knows if they will ever be found?!

Seriously? I wish I could give a negative star review, you don't even deserve 1 star.
