Completely careless. Not my choice of courier

We ordered two aircons from a company in China. Fedex sends me import instructions to sign and I notice that the supplier's name is not the one sending the aircons and the description states "steel pipe" FedEx maintains I have to cross out the incorrect supplier and description myself, sign it and they will issue a correction voucher. I send document back to them. Next thing I get all the shipping documents, nothing has been corrected, still the steel pipe in the description. Where is the attention to detail or does it not exist anymore? What are they going to deliver? The steel pipe or the aircons? So much for Customs for checking!!
