Complaint – FedEx Sandton Service Failure

Dear FedEx Customer Relations,

I am deeply disappointed with the unprofessional service from your Sandton branch. Despite multiple requests, representative Amahle failed to send the VAT/duties invoice promptly, then threatened to destroy my goods unless payment was made immediately. After complying, I’ve received no update on my shipment’s status (18 June) despite repeated follow-ups.

As a freight forwarding professional, I find this conduct unacceptable. I demand immediate resolution and an explanation.
